About Me

I'm Meg Richy, an applied behaviour practitioner with over a decade of experience in trauma recovery and cognitive development. I founded MyScamCare to support scam victims through neuroplasticity-based therapy and have worked with PDRM, Bank Negara, and public agencies.

I also lead "I Am Hero", a brain training program for the visually impaired, and conduct corporate training programs that integrate neuroscience and psychology to foster personal and professional growth.

Believe

I believe the mind is like a GPS — it can be recalibrated through neuroplasticity to move from survival mode to strategic, empowered living.

Pain and hope are both genuine. Act on it.

Who Is Behind Meg Richy Consultancy?

Over the years, my work has centred on one important question:

How can we help people understand themselves better and develop the skills to respond differently?

This question has shaped the programmes I lead, including:

  • UBAH — Chance to Change

Helping individuals explore behavioural patterns and discover opportunities to make different choices.

  • I AM HERO

A brain-training programme for sighted and visually impaired participants, with a focus on attention, confidence and learning capabilities.

  • MyScamCare

An initiative supporting scam victims and mobilising communities to become more informed, alert and resilient against scams.

Each programme addresses a different challenge, but they share one belief: when people understand more, practise new skills and take action, change becomes possible.

What Can We Do Together?

Perhaps you want to strengthen your team's decision-making. Perhaps your students need support in developing focus. Or perhaps your organisation wants to help build a community that is better prepared to recognise and resist scams.

Whatever challenge you're facing, let's start with a conversation.

Because meaningful change begins when we understand what needs to change — and take the first step together.

“I believe change begins when we understand why we behave the way we do. Once we recognise our patterns, we can start practising new responses and making better choices.”
